Lee Dalziel

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lee founded the business in 2012 who initially entered the sector as a consultant from ground zero. His expertise in the sector stretches to all manufacturing beef and lamb and most recently developing our pet food clientele since 2016.

The business now stands well in the sector as a valued partner to some of the larger pet food processors of raw and dry meals.

Lee is very much involved in the business day to day and there is no place he would rather be… apart from Barcelona.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT &PURCHASING

Laura joined the team in 2026 and quickly became a key point of contact for both customers and suppliers.

Her role focuses on building relationships, finding new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business.She also looks after our marketing and online presence, helping to showcase what DL Foods has to offer.

As her role develops, Laura will become more involved in purchasing decisions and sourcing exciting new products for our customers.

Hayley joined us in 2020 and quickly became our secret weapon—her fluent French has unlocked new buying opportunities and helped us grow. She manages key accounts and always finds products our customers love. Off the clock, Hayley’s an artist, sketching and creating vibrant works for fun (and sometimes for cash!).

Holly, though part-time, is perhaps the most efficient member of our team, consistently putting us all to shame. She handles the day-to-day accounts and customer ledgers while also balancing this with being a devoted mum to two girls and caring for their new four-legged family member, Winnie.
